Guaranteeing food security is one of the most crucial aspects of an economy and any civilisation. Not doing so can lead to food insecurity and the ultimate downfall of society.

Food security refers to the availability, access, and utilization of food for the population. It involves implementing strategies and interventions that aim to improve food availability, affordability, and accessibility to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious food.

My mission is to bridge the food & beverage commercial and cultural worlds of Asia Pacific (APAC) and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Through food technology innovation and culinary diplomacy initiatives.

As a permanent resident in both regions, fluidity and curiosity has kept me personally and professionally engaged in APAC and the GCC.

With reflection and knowledge exchange, I am actively engaged in supporting food security dialogue and relationship building with a multilateral approach engaging governments, investment authorities, multinationals and startups.

What I do best is to bolster partnership, technology transfer of traditional and innovative food solutions to support food self-sufficiency in both regions.
